What we collect

When you sign up for our email or text list, we collect the details you give us — your email address, name if you share it, phone number if you opt into texts, and your date of birth — along with the consent language you saw, when you agreed, and technical details of the signup (IP address, browser, and language) that document your consent. When you send an inquiry, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.

We ask for date of birth because this list is for a bar: it is how we confirm you are 21 or over before we send you anything. We use it for that and to send you a birthday reward. Signing up for rewards at the bar or through Toast is a separate thing and does not require it here.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (like our ordering and analytics platforms) to run this site and our communications; what they collect is governed by their own privacy policies as well as this one.

Text messages

Text marketing is strictly opt-in: you'll only get texts if you explicitly agreed to them, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect email, and either can be stopped independently.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Plausible, and Meta's pixel) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, links clicked, and how visitors found us — so we can make the site and our advertising better. These tools may set cookies or receive technical identifiers from your browser.

Job applications

Applications are handled separately from everything above, and everything you submit is used only for hiring. Your contact details and answers go to our hiring team; if your resume doesn't reach them with the rest, we'll ask you to send it by email. Nothing you submit is added to a marketing list, joined to customer records, or used to send you promotions. We keep applications only as long as we need them for hiring, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices
